Aaron Fagan was born in Rochester, New York, in 1973 and educated at Hampshire College and Syracuse University. He is the author of Garage (Salt Publishing, 2007) and Echo Train (Salt Publishing, 2010), and he has recited his work for the Harold Clurman Poetry Reading Series at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York. His latest book manuscript, White Deer, was a finalist for the 2015 National Poetry Series. Poems of his have appeared in a variety of journals including The American Poetry Review, Boulevard, Brooklyn Review, Dossier, The London Magazine, Maggy, The New Criterion, Poem-A-Day, Poetry Daily, Prelude, Smartish Pace, and The Yale Review. He lives in Monroe, Connecticut.
